Attending Faculty

Bryce Jordan Center

Faculty wishing to participate in any of the commencement ceremonies should report to the Green Room of the Bryce Jordan Center at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony in which you wish to participate, with your academic regalia. A University Marshal will be present to assist and place faculty in the academic procession.

Directions to the Green Room for the Bryce Jordan Center:

Once in the building, you should enter the arena floor via Portal 15.  Ushers are available to direct you to the Green Room once on the event floor.

Eisenhower Auditorium

Faculty wishing to participate in any of the commencement ceremonies should report to 310 Conference Room of Eisenhower Auditorium at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony in which you wish to participate, with your academic regalia. A University Marshal will be present to assist and place faculty in the academic procession.

Directions to the Conference Room for Eisenhower Auditorium:

Enter the Auditorium through the front doors, walk up steps on either side from the front lobby to the Conference Room.  Or when entering the building go to your left and take the elevator to the Conference Room level.  After exiting door at the end of the hallway, go to your right.  Signs are posted.
