Diplomas

Information is mailed to students who have indicated an intent to graduate in order to verify the accuracy of the student's name, degree, major, and mailing address.  Also included are the assigned commencement campus, instructions for making corrections to the provided information, and links to pertinent graduation web sites.

It is critical for the University to have the correct information for the diploma and an accurate diploma mailing address for each student.

Diplomas for doctoral candidates and undergraduate college marshals will be distributed at the Summer and Fall Commencement ceremonies.  Diplomas for all other approved candidates will be mailed, at no cost, approximately three weeks after the ceremony.

Diplomas will be distributed at Spring Commencement ceremonies to those who have met all degree requirements.

Please note that special inks are used in the printing of your diploma; do not store it in a cedar chest.
