These instructions will answer many of the questions you might have concerning your graduate’s commencement and help to make the degree conferral a memorable and joyous experience.

Summer 2025 Commencement
University Park Campus
Time: Saturday, August 16, 2025
9:30 a.m. – Baccalaureate and Associate Degree Students
1:00 p.m. – Masters Degree Candidates
4:30 p.m. – Doctoral Degree Candidates
Location: Bryce Jordan Center
Please Note: Gates open 90 minutes prior to the ceremony
Guests and Tickets
There are no ticket requirements or guest limitations for the summer commencement ceremony. Guest limitations and ticket requirements are subject to change each semester based on the number of graduates for your college and venue capacity.
Accessibility
Parking: For an ADA access map of campus, visit the ADA Access Interactive Map. Parking in these lots is available upon a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow extra time for traffic and parking when planning your visit to the Bryce Jordan Center. A valid, state-issued ADA placard or license plate is required for ADA parking.
BJC Seating: ADA seating will be available. Please visit Guest Services (located near Gates A & C) when you arrive for the ceremony to obtain appropriate seating.
Venue Bag Policies
In adherence to best practices at major entertainment venues, walk-through metal detectors are in use at all entry gates, and there are restrictions on the size and type of bag permitted into the arena for all ceremonies.

Photos and Livestream
Guests are welcome to bring any hand-held photo and video device that can be used from their seats.
Commencement ceremonies are live streamed and available following commencement.
