Where do I get my cap and gown?
All Penn State academic regalia is provided by Jostens and available through the Penn State Bookstore. If you need assistance, please contact the Penn State Bookstore at 814-863-0206.
Ceremony
Will livestreaming be available?
Yes, commencement ceremonies at University Park will be livestreamed, so friends and loved ones who are not able to attend may watch their graduate’s ceremony. Commencement Livestreaming.
Will I receive my diploma during the commencement ceremony?
Diplomas are not distributed during commencement ceremonies. After all degree requirements are met and reviewed by the academic college and the Registrar’s Office (approximately eight weeks following commencement) diplomas will be mailed to the diploma address (if applicable) or permanent address set in LionPATH. Additional diploma questions may be sent to registrar@psu.edu. Penn State also now offers the CeDiploma in addition to the traditional paper diploma that arrives in the mail.
